Find a local track and try this kick butt routine!

Round 1.
Sprint 400 Meters, followed 25 swings at 55lbs
Sprint 300 Meters, 25 Swings
Sprint 200 Meters, 25 Swings
Sprint 100 Meters, 25 Swings

Round 2.
Sprint 100 Meters
Bear Crawl Back Wards 50 Yards
Repeat 4 Times

Round 3
Stretch
